What to Expect
All new patients are scheduled for three visits spaced two weeks apart. Your first visit is an hour long and Tina asks that you keep a food log of everything you eat or drink for about one week prior to your appointment. Also, a list of any medications, supplements and herbal formulas you're taking will be useful.

During that first visit Tina will review your medical history and food log and develop a customized nutrition plan for you. At your follow up visit, which last about half an hour, Tina will see how the plan is working for you and make any necessary adjustments.

Depending on the nature of your condition more follow up appointments may be required. Tina will discuss your overall treatment plan after your initial appointment.

Insurance
Tina accepts Cigna, Optimum Choice and United Healthcare. Please check with your insurance company about your plans specific requirements.
